CLUB VOLLEYBALL FAQ
What is Club Volleyball?
  • Club Volleyball typically runs from January 1st to Mid-March. 
  • Players are primarily placed on teams based on age: 12U, 14U, 16U, etc.
  • Players are also placed based on their skill levels within each age group although some more experienced players may be allowed to play in an older age divisions.
  • Club volleyball is an excellent way to improve a player's skill level and give them an opportunity to play competitively.

When, Where and What to expect for practice schedule
  • Teams typically practice 2 times a week, 1.50 to 2 hours each practice. Younger players may practice as early as 4:00 PM and will not run later than 8:30 PM on weekdays.
  • Practice days are normally, Monday to Friday evenings. 
  • Most practices will be held in Medford area facilities.
  • All players will be coached equally and taught the technical skills of the sport as well as strategies and prepare the athletes mentally and physically for competition.
  • Playing time for 12U players will be divided equally and  14U players will be coached equally but equal playing time will not be guaranteed.
Tournaments
  • During club season, teams can expect to play up to 2 tournaments a month.
  • Tournaments are held at local gyms in the valley, ranging from Phoenix to Grants Pass.
  • Tournaments are held on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays.

Transportation
  • Players and their families are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from practices and tournaments.
